All individual sample requests will be fulfilled within two business days and shipped via FedEx ground unless expedited shipping is requested. Please refer to the FedEx ground map for delivery times based off a Grand Rapids, Michigan (zip 49508) shipping location. For urgent requests that require expedited shipment, please email salessamples@steelcase.com for assistance.

For vignettes, please allow for a week of processing and delivery time. Our team will coordinate the shipment, delivery, and return directly with you. Please reference the calendar on each vignette product page for available rental dates. We cover all outbound and inbound freight expenses within the standard delivery window. Expedited shipping requests will be evaluated and charged for.
